    Users find the interface clean but too spread-out resulting in longer completion time for tasks. Taxes and accounting templates are inflexible. The product is expensive and support is challenging due to time difference. The program lacks a banking module, an accounts payable module, and a complete GL for financial reporting. OTI does not use standard accounting terminology.

    Users find the program rigid and not flexible. Taxes did not work correctly even after 2 years of effort. Customer statements are buried deep within the program and were incorrect. Reports are hard to find and slow to generate. The program could not calculate a correct AR Aging. Customer Service screen details did not agree to the underlying GL. The product is expensive for the quality delivered. OTI will send out resources to assist but they cost a lot. Support is from Bangalore India (9 hours time difference) which makes troubleshooting challenging. Accounts Receivable does not include taxes in their system.
