Jumppl is comprehensive for my needs as a business owner and serial entrepreneur. It is very easy to set up and customize - I have a few small businesses under my portfolio. I love how I can switch between businesses and communicate with my clients and contracted employees. While the app is relatively new, the team at Jumppl is incredible at getting back to you and even working with you. For example, they didn't have my hex code to customize the portal with my business. And in less than 48 hours, they created the theme color to mix w/ my comapny.The software is new. With the newness there are a few limitations, like the color of my brand.

I like the name. At first it worked ok and figured any problems were due to being in the learning phase.I could never get the app on my phone to work and the desktop version was clunky. Many times links wouldn't render and it was hard to follow conversations.

Jumppl is offering me a one-stop software to centralize tasks, grow and manage a team and organize everything required to grow my business! I am a fairly new user and am still figuring it out, but I am very excited at the opportunity to organize this is offering me.So far, I have not found anything that I dislike, necessarily.. but, I would say that training videos for new users that walk through simple tasks would be nice. They do have several training videos available, but they are pretty long and cove a lot of information and can be a little intimidating for a new user.
