GoVisually has minimal steps for clients to see their proofs, direct link to project without signing up, and comprehensive proofing functionality. Emails only contain design changes. Very easy to understand with minimal steps.Would like to see video proofing in the future.

Quick link function and basic uploading are useful. Adding new viewers is easy.Login is unnecessary and difficult to get back to the place where all proofs are visible. Clients can't find their other versions on mobile. Difficult to see older versions. Approval on an older version shows up on everything uploaded before and after that.
