The import utility for this software will get you to a fully functioning facility management system to take work requests and track assets. Very easy to use and lots of valuable data on the completed work done by your department. The preloaded reporting is great. We have been extremely happy with this software.The custom report writer will take some time to learn if you're not familiar with it. Being able to attach a file to a guest submitted report would be nice.

Once configured, the reports are great. Design and setup for the reports is like rocket science.All the date entry points must be opened by clicking on this little bitty drop down arrow. Work orders and PO's can only be sent to one single email address as opposed to the option to send to multiples.

Ease of use for the systems data creator and end-user, and the ability to track data that is pulled from completed work within the platform. Very helpful being able to manipulate the system to tailor to our needs and track relevant work orders, scheduled maint. and recurring data streams. All avenues of business and day-to-day work for a repair facility or shop is covered by Fiix, and makes the need for multiple systems unneeded.The reporting system can be challenging to use and create custom reports by the end-user from collected data. Much of the time require assistance or creation by the software company.
