    EcoSys is a web-based platform that helps organizations globally plan, monitor project portfolios, control project costs, and improve project performance. However, it has no free trial, is only deployed on SaaS, and is not supported on Mac, IOS, Andriod, Window, and Linux. The UI is not user-friendly. Recommendations include using EcoSys Connect and EcoSys Documents for better forecasting, project controls, and project management.

    EcoSys has a very good integration with accounting systems and the ability to automatically calculate (SPI) and (CPI) is excellent. It allows for cost control with several resources and analyzes risks and performance in several ways. There were no negative experiences and the platform is recommended for its simplicity and effectiveness in allocating costs to resources, tasks, or projects. EcoSys solved the problem of integrating the ERP system with project management, resulting in organized cost control and expense monitoring.
