Found it very user friendly and easy to set up.Price was a little high.

Can place records into ECM and they will auto attach to Epicor.Viewer does not work for Epicor Kinetic Windows using passwordless single sign-on. Drag and dropping documents into windows no longer works in Kinetic. User interface is not intuitive.

Ability to use the 'retrieve' tool to search any document.Documents listed in retrieval process can be hard to read and the format/font could be a little bigger. Have not figured out a way to change this.
